Last updated October 14, 2026. These terms are between you and MMLD LLC ("we"), which operates Mac Compute Rentals.
You rent exclusive use of one dedicated Mac Studio for the term you book, at the price listed at checkout. Access is over Tailscale using your SSH key, on SSH (port 22) and port 8080.
You may not use the machine for: illegal activity; abuse or harassment; cryptocurrency mining; attacks on, scans of, or unauthorized access to other systems; spam; or any attempt to get around the machine's isolation or access controls. We may suspend or end access without refund for violations.
We provide service on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee or SLA. If an outage is our fault, we'll extend your term by the time lost or give a pro-rated refund for it.
Cancel 48 hours or more before your start time for a full refund. Cancellations later than that are not refundable, and no refund is given once the term has started, except as described in section 3.
You are responsible for your own data and backups. Everything on the machine is wiped at the end of your term and cannot be recovered. Copy off anything you need before then.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking concerned.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA.
