Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We receive the payment status and the details Stripe shares with merchants (such as your name, email and amount paid).
We don't access your files or workloads on the Studio. Your account is isolated from other renters and from our own systems. At the end of your term your account is locked, your files are deleted, and the leftover home folder is sealed so nobody can read it.
Nothing beyond the records needed to run bookings and for accounting and tax (booking dates, amount, email, Stripe payment reference). Your SSH key and machine access are removed at term end.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
To see or delete your data, contact us (maughan@mail.grokbot.com) from the email you booked with. We'll delete everything not required for accounting or legal records within 30 days and confirm when done. Data held by Stripe or Tailscale under their own accounts can also be managed directly with them.
